I’ve always had a passion for learning new things. I graduated from UB with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. Then, I went back to UB for my MBA and graduated in 2019. I believe physical therapy isn't just about exercises and techniques—it's about restoring hope and nurturing resilience.

I've always had a strong interest in health and wellness for myself,
and physical therapy felt like the best way to share that passion with
others. I love being able to comnbine my knowledgeof the body and
movement with my desire to help people recover from injuries, improve
their overall well-being and live healthier lives.

I enjoy learning about what people do for work and what their hobbies are. I learn a lot about different skills and trades that I wouldn't normally partake in. That helps me provide a better plan of care to help patients get back to what they love doing.

I became a physical therapist after experiencing a sports injury in high school. I had fallen, hurt my back and was required to attend PT. After just a few sessions I realized it was something I would love to do forever. My favorite part of being a PT is seeing the growth each person can make in just a short time.

One thing I love the most about being a Physical Therapist is seeing your patients' confidence and strength build over time. Most patients come in a little nervous and apprehensive, and by the time they are discharged, they are stronger, and more confident. It's very rewarding knowing you had a small role in that change.

I became interested in physical therapy after an injury from gymnastics that required PT and saw how much they were able to help me return to my favorite sport and realized how rewarding it would be to help each patient achieve their goals.

I grew up as a dancer experiencing various injuries, I knew I wanted to get into the medical field and focus on injury prevention and rehab. Physical therapy incorporated my love of exercise and helping people. You build connections with patients and I get to see them progress each week that goes by. It's a great feeling knowing you helped patients reach their full recovery potential and seeing the progress they made. Everyday is a new day and every patient is different. You get to come up with new exercises, challenge patients and see them reach their goals.

I love working in an environment where everyone is trying to improve their overall health and well-being through movement. Watching our therapists pay such close attention to detail for each patient to better understand and facilitate improvement is something I am really proud to be apart of.
